Are all flavours Halal?

No !
In order for a Natural or artificial flavour to be Halal, it has to be made from Halal solvent.
If Ethyl Alcohol/Alcoholic beverage used as a solvent it wouldn’t be Halal.
It requires further investigation from food manufacturers to confirm that alcohol is used or Not !
